The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Richard Fain. Township Supervisors in attendance were Richard Fain, Ben Fiorito, Eugene Fried and Mary Gibbs Kershner. Township staff members in attendance were Jeffrey Ashman, Fire Marshal, Larry Buck, Road Foreman, Edward Skypala, Township Solicitor, John Weber, Township Engineer and Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.

The Board of Supervisors discussed possible participation on
two farmland preservation projects previously submitted to
The Board of Supervisors discussed possible participation with the Southeast PA Stormwater Coalition.
Mr. Fiorito moved to adopt Resolution # 2010-16 in order to approve participation with the Southeast PA Stormwater Coalition subject to the Township cost not exceeding $1,200. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fried and carried affirmatively.
Upper Perk Police
Commission Meeting of July 26, 2010
The Township Supervisors discussed whether or not to send a representative to a proposed July 26, 2010 meeting with the Upper Perk Police Commission. A poll of all Township Supervisors in attendance indicated that there was not an interest in attending
the meeting. The Township Manager was requested to draft a letter over the signature of Chairman Fain in order to communicate the decision of the Board of Supervisors.

Mrs. Kershner moved to authorize the Township Solicitor to file a Praecipe for Rule to File Complaint regarding the John Lorenzo claim. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fried and carried affirmatively.
